This event will give residents an opportunity to:

  • Hear directly from South Gloucestershire Council officers about the updated proposals.
  • Learn how the plans have evolved to address concerns around traffic, parking, and school safety.
  • See how the design supports sustainable, energy-efficient homes featuring air source heat pumps and solar panels.
  • Take part in an open Q&A session, where a representative from Aequus may be available to help answer questions.

About the Revised Plans

The revised proposals aim to:

  • Reduce visual impact by amending building layouts and screening.
  • Protect green space and wildlife through updated landscaping and design.
  • Deliver net-zero-ready, low-carbon homes aligned with South Gloucestershire’s sustainability goals.

Next Steps

The revised plans are under review and will be considered by Planning Officers at South Gloucestershire Council for approval.
